Regal Heights Residence
The original 1910 arts & crafts home was completely transformed to provide for an open concept floor plan bringing a generous amount of natural light into the main floor. Structural steel beams were purposely left exposed on the main floor ceiling adding an industrial aesthetic to the modern interior. This industrial element was repeated in the design of the second-floor balcony which doubles as a canopy for the stone tiled rear deck and the lush rear garden. Full-height lift & slide glass doors allow for a seamless transition from the interior to the exterior space. The modern Scavolini kitchen with a monochromatic black & white colour scheme serves as a focal point with the porcelain slab kitchen island offering a robust surface for cooking an entertaining.
