Four Seasons Residence
The high floor of this Four Seasons residence provides expansive views of the city while bringing an abundance of natural light into the space. The views and natural light were further enhanced by eliminating walls to completely open up the suite. New herringbone white oak floors keeps the space feeling light while beautiful stone surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms elevates the luxe feel of the unit. Design details include full-height custom white oak doors, flush baseboards with 1/2” reveals and custom lighting throughout. Original coffered ceilings were highlighted with subtle LED strip lighting and pillars were enhanced with linear wall sconces. The powder room features a custom cantilevered black granite sink with a single pipe extending from the ceiling with wall-mounted controls installed on a black wall of textured tiles imported from Spain, keeping the design looking sleek and minimalist. All lighting, window blinds and audio/video systems are controlled remotely through a smart phone or tablet and pre-programmed keypads allow for flexibility to instantly adjust lighting to suit moods and activities throughout the day. Phantom screens were installed on the balcony doors for screens that tuck-away out of sight when entertaining. The end result is a modernized home with an open concept that feels spacious and luxurious.
